About the role
The Production Administrative Intern will support the Production department by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth documentation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support control and organization of sector documentation.
- Review and update work instructions and internal procedures.
- Maintain training matrix and manage physical and electronic documents.
- Issue and monitor purchase requisitions.
- Track material acquisition from request to delivery.
- Monitor delivery of materials to requesters.
- Assist with administrative activities related to document management and internal processes.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Production Engineering or Chemistry.
- Good communication skills and sense of responsibility.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
