About the role
IBM Consulting is looking for a technical‑level intern to join its team in Hortolândia, Brazil. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to technology projects and operational support within a global consulting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development of technology solutions and prototypes.
- Support day‑to‑day operational tasks for client‑facing projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and improve existing systems.
- Participate in data‑related activities and automation initiatives.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a technical program (Technology, Systems Development, Data Science, AI, Automation or related).
- Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Available to work either 8:00 AM‑2:00 PM or 1:00 PM‑7:00 PM shifts.
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
Required skills
- Programming logic.
- Familiarity with programming languages.
- Basic knowledge of databases.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts (a plus).
