Expert - Testing (UAT Tester) - Motor Insurance

About the role

Allianz Services is hiring a UAT Tester (m/f/d) for its Brazil Motor program. The role executes Business Acceptance Testing to validate business-critical customer journeys, run end-to-end test scenarios, support defect validation and assure business readiness before acceptance and go-live decisions. It is a full-time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Execute UAT test scenarios and test cases according to the agreed testing approach
• Validate Motor Insurance business requirements through functional, end-to-end and regression testing
• Document test results and maintain clear evidence of testing outcomes
• Identify, document and report defects, retest resolved ones and verify closure
• Support priority business scenarios and customer journeys, and collaborate with SMEs, business users and project teams
• Take part in defect triage, contribute to test reporting and progress tracking, and escalate risks, issues and blockers
• Help reduce the backlog and speed up UAT activities

Required profile

• Experience in UAT, BAT or quality assurance activities
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and SMEs
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English
• Insurance industry experience, preferably motor insurance; knowledge of policy administration, quotations, endorsements and renewals is an advantage
• ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent testing qualification

Required skills

• Functional and end-to-end testing, defect management and testing methodologies
• Jira, Azure DevOps or similar test and defect management tools
• Experience supporting large transformation or implementation programs
