Export Analyst

About the role

Volvo do Brasil is seeking an Export Analyst to be the primary liaison for international customers and distribution centers. You will help shape sustainable transport solutions by ensuring smooth export operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for international customers and Volvo distribution centers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Resolve operational deviations quickly, always focusing on the best customer experience.
• Coordinate export processes, documentation, and logistics activities.
• Monitor international shipments, anticipate risks and drive timely solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer needs into practical, sustainable, value‑adding solutions.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen Customer Service operations and digital transformation.

Required skills

• Advanced or fluent English; working knowledge of Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Business or related fields.
• Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of export processes, international transportation, documentation and Incoterms.
• Proficiency with Excel and Business Intelligence dashboards.
• Comfortable using digital tools, systems and process‑automation technologies.
