Film & Video Editor – Remote, $65/hr

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Film & Video Editor to join our remote team on an hourly contract basis. The role involves transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for various projects, including AI training datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, high-quality video content.
• Review and sequence footage for narrative clarity, pacing, and continuity.
• Collaborate with editors and project teams to ensure consistency and quality.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve video datasets for AI training.
• Communicate progress and requirements effectively with team members.
• Utilize professional editing tools to deliver polished outputs within deadlines.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required profile

• Native-level English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Strong experience in professional video or film editing.
• Excellent attention to detail and narrative storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong collaboration and feedback skills.
