About the role
ARVORE is a startup that creates video games for PC, console, mobile and VR, and is looking for a Finance Assistant in São Paulo. The role supports the Finance team's daily routine and helps organise financial information, working with the Finance and Legal teams in Brazil and the US. It is an entry-level position for someone building a career in finance, with training to become the backup for the Accounts Payable position.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and verify data in the system.
- Keep systems, spreadsheets and digital files 100% up to date.
- Follow up on pending items with the team to complete records and workflows.
- Fill out basic Excel spreadsheets for daily routine tracking.
Required profile
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Advanced English (professional proficiency) for daily use of systems and communication.
- Organised, detail-oriented and committed to finishing what you start, with a strong interest in learning and growing in finance.
Required skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including formulas.
