Finance Director – Finance Partner (Latin America)

About the role

Haleon is seeking a senior finance professional to act as Finance Partner for its Latin America Operating Unit. This highly visible position will influence senior stakeholders, shape business partnerships, and drive the strategic financial plan for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process for the Latam OU, coordinating market deliverables.
• Support development and execution of the OU’s strategic business plan.
• Own full P&L management, cash‑flow oversight, and achievement of financial targets.
• Conduct monthly strategic portfolio analysis, profitability reviews, and margin‑enhancement initiatives.
• Manage the Latam OU control & compliance team to ensure strong governance.
• Represent the OU in interactions with Corporate Finance functions.
• Prepare and present management reports and presentations for the OU.
• Participate in cross‑functional matrix navigation and people development within the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or local equivalent).
• Significant financial leadership experience, preferably in a multinational consumer‑health environment.
