Finance Franchise Director – Field South

About the role

The Finance Franchise Director for the South Field will act as the primary finance business partner to the Central Field (Andina) Franchise General Manager. You will lead financial planning, analysis and P&L management to drive growth, margin expansion and strategic investment decisions across the Coca‑Cola/Bottlers system in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Drive P&L growth and margin expansion for the Andina operation, covering volume, revenue, profit and pricing analysis.
• Manage the financial relationship with the bottler, leading negotiations on new business models, long‑term relationship models and distribution agreements.
• Analyze revenue drivers, bottler dynamics and provide financial input for new product and service development.
• Support internal stakeholders during negotiations and ensure compliance with legal, tax, treasury and M&A requirements at bottler level.
• Collaborate with Latam finance functions to align processes and maximize company results.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 8 years of global finance experience, preferably within a franchise or consumer‑goods environment.
• Proven ability to conduct advanced financial analysis with significant business impact.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
