Finance Manager – Hybrid Role in Jundiaí

About the role

Surventis is building a dedicated finance organization in Brazil and seeks a Finance Manager to shape the local finance function from the ground up. The role serves as the central finance contact for Brazil, linking business units, a third‑party BPO, and corporate accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication point between business units, the outsourced BPO, and corporate accounting.
• Ensure local Brazilian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations are correctly reflected in financial statements.
• Take ownership of the local balance sheet and profit & loss, maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Lead indirect resources through the BPO structure and oversee compliance‑related topics.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Active CPA certification (mandatory) and several years of accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience with industry transitions or carve‑outs is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
