Flight Support Engineer – Brazil

About the role

Pyka is seeking a Flight Support Engineer to join its Brazil team. You will support the development, deployment and commercial operation of autonomous electric aircraft, ensuring safe and reliable flight operations for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across Brazil to support flight testing, product deployment and customer success.
• Act as Pilot‑In‑Command or Ground‑Control Operator for experimental or developmental unmanned aircraft.
• Lead or participate in ground and flight test events as Test Conductor or Test Crew member.
• Maintain continuous aircraft operations at customer locations by troubleshooting and providing technical support.
• Standardize ground and flight procedures, develop instructional material and feed operational feedback into product evolution.

Required profile

• Technical knowledge of flight operations, preferably with experience on manned aircraft or UAVs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external customers.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend up to 50% of time on‑site at customer locations.
• Engineering degree is not mandatory, but a solid technical background is required.
