Freelance Full-Stack Web App Developer

About the role

Mindrift is seeking a freelance Full‑Stack Web App Developer to work on the Tendem project. You will act as an "AI Pilot", collaborating with AI agents to build and refine interactive browser‑based applications for real users. This part‑time remote role is ideal for developers with hands‑on experience in modern front‑end frameworks, back‑end APIs, and database design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive web applications using front‑end frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.
• Build back‑end APIs with Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express).
• Design data models and persistence layers using PostgreSQL, SQLite or NoSQL stores.
• Implement authentication, session handling and basic role‑based access.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into product features.
• Handle state management, input validation, error handling and loading states.
• Create standalone Python tools for data processing or lightweight backend utilities.
• Review AI‑generated code and refactor for security, performance and maintainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering full‑stack web applications.
• Strong foundation in both front‑end and back‑end development.
• Ability to work independently and produce production‑ready code.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
