Freight & Distribution Coordinator – LATAM

About the role

The Freight & Distribution Coordinator for the LATAM region will oversee domestic freight and distribution operations, ensuring cost control, service efficiency, and standardized processes across multiple countries. The role supports sourcing initiatives, contributes to bid processes, and develops cost‑effective distribution solutions while strengthening carrier management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise domestic freight and distribution flows to meet service level and cost targets.
• Monitor freight costs, identify savings opportunities, and drive financial performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements for distribution efficiency and reliability.
• Support freight bids, RFQs, and carrier selection processes.
• Analyse performance through KPIs and initiate corrective actions.
• Strengthen carrier management, ensuring compliance and service quality.
• Identify distribution solutions that improve cost, lead time, and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive end‑to‑end improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in domestic freight, distribution, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong experience in freight cost management and carrier negotiation.
• Proven track record in distribution optimisation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting bids, RFQs, or freight sourcing processes.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
