Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are building Shadow, an AI coordination layer that helps consumer brands manage marketing agents and workflows. As a remote Full‑Stack Developer you will own end‑to‑end feature delivery, shaping both product and engineering culture while working with real marketing data from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale full‑stack features from database schema to React/TypeScript UI components.
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, data pipelines, and distributed services on Google Cloud Platform.
• Integrate, prompt, and debug large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools, including RAG and fine‑tuning pipelines.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between front‑end and back‑end, optimizing data flow and enforcing contracts.
• Collaborate with product, research, design, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and ship production‑grade code.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security of services.
• Mentor junior engineers through code and architecture reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full‑stack ownership.
• Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven track record integrating AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, RAG) into production applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a product‑first mindset.
