Full-Stack Developer – Sumare, Brazil

About the role

As a Full‑Stack Developer in 3M's Innovation team, you will turn emerging ideas and prototypes into scalable digital solutions. You will work with modern front‑end technologies and Python‑based back‑ends to deliver secure, high‑performance applications that power AI‑enabled products and enterprise services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from solution design and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, converting Figma designs into production‑ready code.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate front‑end applications with enterprise databases, AI services, and third‑party platforms.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, or enterprise identity providers.
• Create and optimise relational and NoSQL database structures to support enterprise workloads.
• Deploy cloud‑native services on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, SQS) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, data specialists, engineers, and business stakeholders to rapidly prototype and validate solutions.
