Full‑Stack Engineer (.NET & React) – Remote LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to join a high‑impact project building robust, scalable web applications. The position is remote, focused on LATAM time zones and aligned with ET working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Backend Architecture: Build, optimize, and maintain scalable, high‑performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core 6+.
• Frontend Development: Design and implement dynamic, highly responsive user interfaces with ReactJS 18+.
• Database Management: Design data models and manage secure, efficient database interactions using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Code Versioning & Collaboration: Maintain clean codebases with Git and GitHub, handling branching strategies and code reviews.
• End‑to‑End Delivery: Own features from conceptualization through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to translate ambitious requirements into production‑ready full‑stack code.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative mindset with a passion for solving complex end‑to‑end technical challenges.
• Fluent English – excellent verbal and written communication for daily technical collaboration and documentation.
• Ability to work remotely from LATAM while aligning with Eastern Time (ET) working hours.
