About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead its Workplace Services team. This customer‑facing position is responsible for ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery of end‑user managed services across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service delivery team, coordinating daily activities and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, and escalation handling.
• Monitor service performance, compliance, and financial metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Oversee change and incident management processes to ensure smooth service operations.
• Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement of service processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define delivery criteria, resolve issues, and align services with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior service delivery or managed services roles.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of building positive relationships.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
