Google Workspace Administrator – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

We are seeking a Google Workspace Administrator to join a partner company supporting enterprises in Brazil. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing, securing, and optimizing Google Workspace environments while leading complex migrations from Microsoft 365 and Exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end migrations from Microsoft 365/Exchange to Google Workspace with minimal disruption.
• Configure and operate migration tools such as GWMME, Google Transfer Tool, BitTitan, or equivalents.
• Administer Google Workspace components including users, groups, OUs, licenses, and devices.
• Maintain enterprise‑level Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Vault).
• Implement identity and access management policies (SSO, MFA, roles, permissions).
• Monitor security posture via audit logs, DLP policies, and compliance settings.
• Manage DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and resolve mail flow issues.
• Document configurations, migration processes, and provide post‑migration support.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace in enterprise settings.
• Strong background in migrations from Microsoft 365 or Exchange.
• Fluent Spanish and conversational English for global collaboration.
• High autonomy, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
