Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing (B2B Industrial)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets that support digital marketing campaigns, content strategies, and business objectives for a B2B industrial company. The role works closely with content strategists, digital marketers and production teams to bring campaigns to life across web, email, social and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital marketing assets such as web visuals, landing pages, email graphics, social media posts and campaign materials.
• Translate campaign strategies and content into visual concepts while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with content strategists and digital marketers to support integrated campaigns across the customer journey.
• Develop scalable templates and design systems for efficient content creation across regions.
• Ensure brand consistency, visual quality and compliance with accessibility and usability guidelines.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, version control and production workflows.
• Support rapid content production under tight timelines and contribute to creative brainstorming.
• Provide direction to external partners or agencies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or industrial marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution and direction.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and time‑management skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD.
• Figma.
• Adobe After Effects.
• Canva.
• Web design tools and understanding of responsive design, accessibility and usability.
