Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Ridge, you will lead the visual development of digital campaigns, including promotional, holiday and seasonal initiatives across web and retention channels. You will work closely with senior art and creative directors, photographers and marketing teams to turn concepts into final assets using Figma and Adobe tools. The role demands a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced DTC environment.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, develop, and execute visuals for digital campaigns, promotional launches, holiday events, and seasonal initiatives.
• Optimize graphics and images for online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compatibility with web and mobile.
• Lead design work in Figma: build layouts, organize files, create components, and collaborate in real time.
• Prepare and deliver mockups and final assets for e‑commerce pages, retention email templates, paid product pages, and web banners.
• Maintain an organized repository of design files with version control.
• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming and visual strategy sessions, collaborating with copywriters and marketers.
• Uphold and evolve visual identity, ensuring consistency in typography, layout, and color across touchpoints.
• Manage multiple deadlines, balancing speed and detail without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with Retention, E‑comm, and Brand teams, communicating effectively to keep projects on schedule.
• Participate in design reviews and team discussions to improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC e‑commerce and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality designs that meet business objectives.
• Strong conceptualization, visual communication, and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout and composition principles.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam, including design systems and component creation.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to hand off designs to developers and work within version‑controlled repositories.
