GTM Engineer

About the role

We are looking for our first dedicated GTM Engineer to sit at the intersection of sales, marketing and product for an AI‑led operating system serving the drayage industry. You will design and implement AI‑powered workflows, data enrichment pipelines and sales enablement tools that allow a lean revenue team to generate an enterprise‑grade pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain enrichment pipelines that combine FMCSA SAFER data, port activity signals, fleet composition, chassis ownership, terminal proximity and TMS incumbency to score and prioritize drayage carriers and brokers.
• Develop LLM‑powered personalization workflows in tools such as Clay or Apollo for outbound outreach.
• Stand up intent‑data and remarketing reconciliation flows across the tech stack.
• Productize pre‑call intelligence briefs, competitive battlecards and displacement playbooks for sales teams.
• Create pipelines from Gong (or equivalent) into LLM workflows for daily/weekly sales reports, objection pattern detection and at‑risk deal flagging.
• Partner with RevOps to build attribution, conversion and velocity dashboards that drive decision‑making.
• Design systems for event activation (PortFest, Drive, TPM) including prospect lists, nurture flows, demo capture and pipeline attribution.
• Support marketing experiments on messaging, positioning and channel mix, ensuring proper instrumentation.
• Stand up and govern internal AI tooling such as prompt libraries, custom Claude/GPT projects, RAG over the content library and integrations with CRM and call platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience building GTM‑focused data pipelines and automation workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable sales intelligence.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven environment.
• Interest or background in logistics, freight, or drayage markets is a plus.
