Head of Brazil

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Brazil market, driving growth of Taptap Send’s remittance services among diaspora communities in key sender‑side markets such as the US, Canada, UK and UAE. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the P&L for Brazil and act as the public face of the brand in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision, strategy and roadmap for the Brazilian market, covering both sending and payment services.
• Lead and coach a local growth team, ensuring alignment with cross‑functional timelines and objectives.
• Manage all growth levers – customer acquisition, retention, pricing, user research, product quality and customer experience.
• Deliver on growth and profitability targets, taking full P&L responsibility.
• Represent Taptap Send externally and internally, establishing the product as the leading remittance solution for Brazil.
• Report progress, insights and resource needs to the executive leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in leading market expansion, preferably in fintech or cross‑border payments.
• Strong “own it” mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, capable of building high‑performing teams.
• Comfortable acting as the public face of the business in a fast‑moving startup environment.
