About the role

The Head of Business Strategy & Operations partners closely with Brazil’s senior leadership team to drive high‑impact commercial initiatives. This senior role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross‑functional alignment, ensuring the organization moves forward with clear direction and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs from planning through execution.
• Partner with executive leaders to define priorities, create roadmaps, and establish governance structures.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, resources, risk, and executive reporting.
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable workplans, success metrics, and change‑management strategies.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across commercial, finance, marketing, analytics, and operations.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, business cases, and status updates to support decision‑making.
• Monitor performance through KPI tracking, dashboards, and business insights, identifying risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting, commercial or business strategy, marketing, project leadership, or Chief of Staff‑type roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.
