Head of Direct Transport Sales

About the role

Aliança is looking for a dynamic leader to head its Direct Transport Sales function in São Paulo. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across ocean and land transport services while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed the area budget for Ocean & L&S volumes, revenue, and profit.
• Coach and motivate the team to sell across all product lines and set incentive targets with the Sales Finance Business Partner.
• Activate capacity and campaign functions to formalise commercial plans and adapt targets to market changes.
• Monitor local Net Promoter Score (NPS) and launch initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide structured feedback to product teams and support Business Development Managers with qualified sales leads.
• Develop succession plans, coach direct reports, and manage employee engagement at both local and global levels.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Relations, Foreign Trade or related fields.
• Proven experience in sales and client‑portfolio management.
• Background in maritime and land transportation.
• Advanced/Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
