Host Broadcast Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Host Broadcast Operations Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and delivery of broadcast operations for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 across all venues and central broadcast facilities in Brazil, including the International Broadcast Coordination Centre (IBCC). Reporting to the Head of Broadcast and working closely with the FIFA Zürich Project Lead, the role ensures seamless alignment between FIFA project requirements, host broadcast partners and IBCC operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and implementation of host broadcast operations at all competition venues and central facilities.
• Assist the Head of Broadcast and senior project lead in tracking milestones, monitoring deliverables and managing operational documentation.
• Coordinate venue‑level planning activities, ensuring consistent operational standards and documentation.
• Facilitate information flow between FIFA departments, broadcast partners and service providers.
• Prepare the IBCC for operational readiness, including facilities, workflows, logistics and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain IBCC operational documents, layouts, procedures and schedules.
• Organise planning meetings, workshops, venue inspections and readiness activities, handling agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies and operational issues, escalating as needed and supporting corrective actions.
• Contribute to operational reports, presentations and management updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑venue broadcast or event operations.
• Ability to work under direction of senior broadcast leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to risk monitoring and issue resolution.
