Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding (Global)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding of B2B clients worldwide. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the configuration of procurement and financial processes on our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects from kickoff to Go‑Live, serving as the primary client contact.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client procurement and finance workflows into customized platform configurations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data migration (vendor lists, budgets, catalogs) and technical dependencies.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client self‑sufficiency.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video tutorials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and channel client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English communication skills for leading meetings and negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling business metrics and data validation.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM systems and guiding organizational change.
