Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding for a global SaaS platform. You will guide clients from project kickoff through Go‑Live, ensuring a smooth transition of procurement and financial processes onto the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, acting as the primary point of contact from kickoff to live product.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map client procurement and finance workflows and translate requirements into configured product solutions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation and migration of vendor lists, budgets, catalogs and other business data.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive onboarding workshops and sprint sessions to enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement assets such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short video tutorials.
• Partner with Sales, Product and QA teams to escalate blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and scope.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling business metrics and data.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP or CRM solutions and guiding organizational change.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and highly organized with excellent presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
