Industrial Systems Internship – HMI/SCADA & MES

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a motivated student to join its Industrial Systems Services team in São Paulo. The internship will expose you to HMI/SCADA and MES technologies used by global customers, allowing hands‑on experience in consulting, support, implementation and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with support and project development for clients using AVEVA solutions worldwide.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to HMI/SCADA and MES systems.
• Configure, test and validate applications on AVEVA Edge, AVEVA System Platform and AVEVA MES.
• Analyze logs, process data and database information to diagnose problems.
• Prepare and update technical documentation and collaborate with consultants on service requests.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree program such as Control & Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• Interest in technical support, customer service and development of HMI/SCADA or MES solutions.
• Basic programming logic and relational database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL or similar).
• Analytical mindset, good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic or intermediate English proficiency.
