Influencer Marketing & Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing and Community Manager to join Cook in Rio’s remote team. You will drive influencer collaborations, manage our social media presence and nurture online travel communities to boost brand awareness among tourists visiting Rio de Janeiro.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage relevant influencers across travel and food niches.
• Coordinate outreach, negotiate partnerships and track campaign performance.
• Create, schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor and respond to conversations on Reddit, TripAdvisor forums, Facebook groups and other travel communities.
• Develop and execute public‑relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales mindset with ability to spot promotional opportunities.
• Passion for food, culture and travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
