About the role

The Quality Inspector I will perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections on raw materials, components, in‑process items and finished products. The role supports the quality system by documenting findings, reporting non‑conformities and ensuring defective parts are properly handled.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual, dimensional and functional inspections of materials and products.
• Complete inspection reports, quality records and related documentation.
• Prepare non‑conformance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Select and separate defective parts for rework or scrap.
• Collect samples and request engineering tests or trials.
• Guide operators on quality questions and assist with training when needed.
• Help analyze root causes and define action plans for quality issues.
• Perform complex inspections under supervision while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

Required profile

• Knowledge of inspection techniques and quality principles.
• Experience in visual, dimensional and functional testing.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle complex inspection tasks.
• Strong communication skills to support operators and training activities.
