Integrity Engineer – Offshore FPSO Operations

About the role

Yinson Brasil Serviços Ltda is looking for an Integrity Engineer to support onshore operations and ensure the safe, compliant operation of FPSO units and related equipment. You will be responsible for overseeing inspection, testing and maintenance activities, driving risk‑based decisions and maintaining high safety standards in the offshore oil and gas environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise NR 13 / SPIE compliance activities, maintaining official books, calibration certificates, inspection reports and audit records.
• Manage internal and external inspection schedules, coordinating with operation managers to align inspections with shutdown plans.
• Lead training programmes for equipment inspectors, operators and technicians to uphold competency and safety standards.
• Maintain and update the equipment master list, defining testing, measurement, replacement, repair and modification schedules.
• Verify and oversee performance testing of safety valves and other safety‑critical equipment.
• Conduct audits of equipment manufacturers to support supplier qualification and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal Yinson teams and external clients or contractors to ensure transparent communication and compliance.
