Intern – Docs Control for Fixed Income & Derivatives

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Fixed Income and Derivatives documentation control team in São Paulo. You will support the processing, tracking and archiving of client and contractual documents while gaining exposure to banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, send and file documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track pending documents and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Assist clients with digital‑signature solutions.
• Organise contractual files and support audit circularisation requests.
• Help manage contracts, operational documents and digital workflow processes.

Required profile

• Intermediate level of English, able to read and respond to emails.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital‑signature platforms.
