About the role

Mastercard is offering a one‑year, part‑time hybrid internship starting in January 2027 in São Paulo. The program gives students hands‑on experience across multiple business areas while contributing to real projects that drive results.

Key responsibilities

Work on impactful assignments in Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Technology, Marketing & Communications, Project Management, Product Management, Legal, and Business Development.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
Participate in networking sessions, leadership speaker series, and volunteer/team‑building activities.

Required profile

Student expected to graduate by the end of 2027.
Strong academic record.
Innovative thinking and willingness to take thoughtful risks.
Ability to partner across the organization.
Effective communication skills.
