Investment Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our fast‑growing real‑estate acquisitions team. The role is fully remote within Latin America and will directly influence our expansion strategy through rigorous financial modeling and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze investment opportunities across multiple real‑estate markets.
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions and development projects.
• Prepare deal pro‑formas to assess returns, feasibility, and risk.
• Support due diligence for new acquisition opportunities.
• Research market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities.
• Partner with acquisitions and leadership teams on investment strategy.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and investment discussions.
• Help maintain a competitive pipeline of growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or real‑estate investment analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Proficiency with financial modeling tools.
