IoT Project Consultant

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking an experienced IoT Project Consultant to lead technology initiatives for mining operations in Nova Lima. The role combines deep technical knowledge of operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) with strong project management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope, budget, schedule and allocate resources for end‑to‑end IoT projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between delivery teams and mining clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and identifying follow‑on opportunities.
• Support client governance forums, steering committees and executive communications for delivery health, risk management and issue resolution.
• Deliver executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering IoT projects, preferably in mining or natural resources.
• University degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of OT environments, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and ITIL processes.
• Experience with both open‑pit and underground mining operations is an advantage.
