IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our São Bernardo do Campo office. You will provide both onsite and remote technical assistance, ensuring that all IT resources – from hardware to cloud services – run smoothly for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote support for hardware, software, network, and corporate system issues.
• Create, track, and close tickets in the Service Desk platform with proper documentation.
• Perform basic maintenance on desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers.
• Configure and deploy laptops using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.
• Manage users, groups, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory and Azure (Microsoft Entra).
• Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer IT assets such as laptops, mobile phones, monitors, and accessories.
• Provide support for Apple iPhone devices and iOS operating system.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Maintain meeting rooms and auditoriums, ensuring audio, video, and video‑conferencing systems operate correctly.
• Enforce corporate system access management according to internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Infrastructure, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with ticketing and Service Desk management tools.
• Knowledge of information security concepts and access management.
