IT Support Analyst – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to join its internal Help Desk team. Working remotely, you will provide technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network resources.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, and Jira tickets.
• Troubleshoot computer issues on Windows 10, macOS, and Android devices.
• Manage hardware procurement and maintain office equipment.
• Administer building security cards and perform general office maintenance.
• Support networking tasks and assist with AWS‑related queries.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in an internal Help Desk environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results.
