IT Team Lead – Infrastructure & Network

About the role

Nexlence is looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to manage its infrastructure and network operations. The candidate will ensure reliable IT services across multiple sites while supporting the company’s AI‑driven CX platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support and perform routine IT maintenance.
• Deploy and manage monitoring solutions such as Zabbix, Prometheus or PRTG.
• Lead or support IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Configure and manage data‑center network equipment, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Allocate and optimise IT resources across several locations.
• Assist in vendor selection and procurement of hardware and software.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and listening).
• Technical knowledge at CCNA level (certification a plus).
• Proven experience in helpdesk support and IT maintenance.
• Background in planning and executing IT projects, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to independently configure and manage network infrastructure.

Required skills

• Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Server implementation and administration.
• Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, Prometheus.
• Understanding of data‑center environments and network architecture.
• PowerShell scripting (optional).
