Junior Data Science Specialist – AI Analyst

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Junior Data Science Specialist to support and drive data‑science and AI initiatives within its Services organization. The role acts as a bridge between business needs and advanced analytics solutions, helping to embed data‑driven decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply data analytics, machine learning and AI within Services processes.
• Collect, cleanse, analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Support the structuring of AI/Data Science use cases, including business case development and ROI estimation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, automations and exploratory analyses.
• Document analytical processes, models and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance and consistency.
• Lead or support training sessions and awareness initiatives on data and AI usage.

Required profile

• Junior to mid‑level professional with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactive attitude toward promoting a data‑driven culture.
