About the role
The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN‑Habitat) is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support a short‑term project with the Municipality of São Paulo. This remote consultancy will last two months and focuses on producing a high‑quality institutional report that aligns with UN‑Habitat branding.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the layout and typesetting of an 11‑chapter institutional report, ensuring visual consistency and editorial coherence.
- Apply the established visual language, colour palette, typography, and graphic styles across all pages.
- Create and adapt templates and content designs to support the report’s structure.
- Maintain alignment with UN‑Habitat’s institutional branding guidelines and the project’s visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with UN‑Habitat operational and technical teams and report to the Head of the Brazil Office.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong eye for detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
