Junior HR Analyst

About the role

A Celltrion Group subsidiary provides biosimilar and innovative biotherapeutic medicines to increase patient access to advanced therapies worldwide, supplying products to about 110 countries and more than 30 global partners. It is looking for a Junior HR Analyst in Sao Paulo to support daily HR routines across recruitment and selection, human resources, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Check documents in the hiring process and register new hires in the BSP payroll system
• Support the employee working hours system, meal voucher and transportation voucher requests, and health insurance inclusions and exclusions
• Request occupational exams for admission, dismissal and periodic checks
• Prepare HR-related payment requests in the company's internal system (Groupware)
• Support vehicle fleet management
• Draft letters and statements, and organize HR files

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, economics or a related field
• Intermediate English
• Organization, punctuality, analytical profile, excellent written and verbal communication, and commitment to continuous learning
