Junior Sales Controlling Analyst – Logistics

About the role

The position is based in Brazil and supports Bosch's business in the Americas and North America customers. You will create schedule agreements, ensure seamless EDI flow in SAP, and help the company receive orders correctly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create schedule agreements in line with standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor inbound EDI and outbound ASN in SAP, correcting issues with logistics as needed.
• Enter and track logistics complaints in the CRM tool and follow up on supplier scorecards.
• Interpret customer requirements for EDI, labeling and packaging and ensure compliance with Bosch guidelines.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with logistics and sales teams across North America.
• Collaborate with Order Management and other functions to meet KPIs.
• Develop and implement continuous‑improvement projects to mitigate financial and operational risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Experience analysing customer orders versus contractual agreements.
• Orientation toward continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• High customer‑service orientation and ability to handle high‑volume requests.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Self‑motivated, curious and able to deliver high‑quality results independently.
