Junior Tax Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Tax Analyst to join Bosch Soluções Integradas in Campinas. The role will support the global SAP S/4HANA tax implementation, working closely with tax, finance and IT teams to ensure local requirements are captured and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead in managing and executing tax‑related activities for the SAP S/4HANA rollout.
• Organise, track and report project deliverables, deadlines, open items and action plans.
• Collect, analyse, document and validate country‑specific tax requirements.
• Collaborate with local and global Tax, Finance, Business and IT teams to align requirements.
• Identify and assess process and system gaps, risks and adaptation needs.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare presentations, reports, minutes and action plans.
• Support testing, validation and user‑acceptance activities for the tax scope.
• Document tax processes, requirements, test scenarios and project deliverables.
• Follow up on open issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Project Lead on tax‑related demands.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes and global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Economics or related fields.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of corporate tax processes.
• Interest in SAP; prior exposure to SAP is a plus.
• Experience as an SAP Key User or familiarity with SAP FI, MM or SD modules is advantageous.
• Advanced English communication skills for global team interaction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Highly organised, proactive, analytical and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast‑paced project environment.
