Key Account Manager (Brazil–China) – Fluent in Mandarin

About the role

Lead the execution and launch of COEM projects, acting as the main liaison between VM‑LA and COEMs. Strengthen collaboration between Bosch China and Bosch Brazil by improving communication, aligning expectations and reducing cultural gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Drive COEM project execution and launch activities.
• Ensure milestone achievement and implement risk‑mitigation measures.
• Serve as the primary VM‑LA interface for COEMs.
• Support strategic negotiations and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher.
• Fluent in Mandarin, advanced English, and intermediate Portuguese.
• Experience in automotive industry customer project management and B2B negotiations with OEMs.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural environments, especially Brazil and China.
