About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to drive sales of our e‑commerce portfolio. You will manage a portfolio of medium‑size customers, develop growth opportunities and ensure profitable relationships.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute daily customer visits, aligning activities with sales quotas.
Stay informed on pricing, inventory, promotions and new product launches to support negotiations.
Monitor competitor actions and report insights to management.
Implement the 5Ps strategy for medium‑sized accounts and seek innovative uses of trade funds.
Develop the full potential of assigned territory and customers.
Train customer and store teams on campaigns and product launches.
Maintain monthly account reconciliation and current account updates.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
Experience managing strategic or pure‑player e‑commerce clients.
Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
