About the role

Join the culinary team of a Club Med resort and deliver high‑volume, high‑quality plate service for thousands of guests daily. You will work in a multicultural environment, preparing both hot and cold dishes, and ensuring the buffet and à‑la‑carte stations are always ready.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes according to international and local recipes.
• Execute plate service with attention to presentation and portion control.
• Monitor and restock buffet stations throughout service periods.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
