Landing Page Designer – Conversion Focused

About the role

Lucyd Media, a social advertising agency for CBD, cannabis and wellness e‑commerce brands, is looking for a Landing Page Designer to own and optimise the post‑click experience across paid media funnels. You will use AI‑assisted tools to create high‑converting landing pages that align with ad promises and drive growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise landing pages, offer pages and funnel‑specific product pages.
• Translate ad hooks and offer strategies into conversion‑focused page experiences.
• Audit and improve post‑click experiences, including custom landing pages and product detail pages.
• Support testing, iteration and performance‑based optimisation.
• Identify friction points that hurt conversion and propose solutions.
• Define and improve the internal process for requesting, building and iterating landing pages.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining strong design judgement.
• Collaborate closely with Growth Strategists, Advertising and Post‑Click teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of CRO‑focused or conversion‑oriented e‑commerce design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing at least 20 DTC/e‑commerce landing or product pages.
• Proven experience designing for paid‑media funnels, aligning page structure with ad promises.
• Comfortable using AI tools to generate and iterate designs quickly.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client management.
• Experience in DTC wellness, supplements, cannabis or related restricted products is a plus.
