Launch Program – Early Career Graduate Role (Hybrid)

About the role

The Mastercard Launch Program is an 18‑month, full‑time hybrid experience designed for early‑career talent. Participants will be placed in a business unit in São Paulo, gaining cross‑functional exposure while contributing to real business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Work on impactful assignments within Products & Solutions, Project Management, Product Management, Market Delivery or Account Management.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and peers to deliver measurable business results.
• Participate in networking sessions, leadership speaker series, and volunteer projects.
• Develop professional skills through structured training and on‑the‑job learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation date between Dec 2025 – Dec 2026.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and the local language.
