Law Internship – Advertising and Communications

About the role

Re:Sources, the backbone of Publicis Groupe, provides legal, accounting, finance, procurement and other services to its advertising, PR, media, healthcare and digital marketing agencies. It is looking for a law intern interested in developing in a dynamic environment connected to advertising, communication and innovation, with good writing, interest in contemporary legal topics and a desire to work strategically across business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support the analysis and drafting of contracts and other legal documents related to advertising and the business environment (service provision, image licensing, intellectual property, influencers, media)
• Aide in reviewing campaign materials, focusing on legal validation and risks such as CONAR, copyright and trademarks, consumer law
• Support routine corporate tasks and document organisation
• Research legislation, case law and technical opinions on advertising, data protection, consumer law and digital law
• Assist in following contentious matters and court proceedings, organising evidence, tracking deadlines, updating reports and preparing documents under supervision
• Accompany the team in working with internal areas (creative, media, customer care, marketing and HR) with viable, business-aligned legal solutions

Required profile

• Currently studying law, at least 2 years into the degree
• Good writing and clear, objective communication
• Interest in advertising, communication, technology and digital culture
• Organisation and proactivity

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
