Lead Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM 4C

About the role

Genpact is hiring a Lead Analyst for Process Analytics within its SCM 4C offering. The role drives the quality of project plans across schedule, resources, milestones and costs, works closely with the Project and Delivery Manager, and reports bookings to tasks and the Say-Do ratio. It is a regular, day-shift position in Brazil, fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality of project plans (schedule, resources, milestones, costs) and keep them aligned with project progress
• Liaise regularly with the Project Control Analyst and the finance department to align planned work with the financial forecast, and identify deviations early
• Update project plans weekly, control bookings to tasks and report the Say-Do ratio for the portfolio, raising early warnings when actuals diverge from plan
• Develop and issue project schedules accurately and on time, integrating customer and external interfaces and obtaining agreement on the schedule baseline
• Monitor project progress, critical and near-critical paths and project float, and revise the plan when needed
• Exercise configuration control of contract and project documents, support risk identification and lessons learned, and produce accurate time-related reporting
• Analyze alternatives and recovery options for slipped schedules, and track project configuration documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a Master's in Data Science
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CPP, CPSM or CSCP (examples listed)
• Proficiency in English (C2 level)

Required skills

• Competence with Primavera and MS Project, and other similar planning tools
• Agile methodology
• Blue Yonder allocation, replenishment and space planning, and capacity planning
• Kinaxis, SAP knowledge, ERP and demand planning
• Lean management, risk management and network design
