Lead Field Marketing Specialist – B2C

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Field Marketing Specialist for the B2C segment of VTEX Brazil. The role turns marketing strategy into execution, builds relationships, generates demand and strengthens VTEX’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the B2C field marketing strategy, including proprietary and third‑party events, sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations.
• Develop content, communications and relationship initiatives that reinforce the VTEX brand.
• Support demand‑generation and new‑customer acquisition campaigns, crafting clear narratives around products and market trends.
• Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorships, partnerships and strategic activations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and ecosystem partners to drive business results.
• Leverage artificial‑intelligence tools to improve productivity, content creation, planning and execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field marketing, B2C or B2B marketing, events or communications.
• Strong track record planning and delivering events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Comfortable creating content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Experience negotiating and managing sponsorships, partnerships or external stakeholders.
